The Nintendo wiifit combines getting fit whilst having fun. You and your family can work towards better fitness levels and improved health. By following the instructions you can determine your wii fit age and by monitoring your Body Tester daily you can chart your progress. The wiifit helps you to understand how balance - the point between your left and right sides - has a lot to do with your health, and that if you have poor posture, for instance, this will put extra strain on parts of your body. There are four main training modes for you to follow, Balance games, Aerobics, Yoga and strength training,in all there are 40 different activities and exercises which are all designed to help your fitness levels and body balance. The balance board is very sturdy and able to take up to 23stone and 8 lbs, so if you are alergic to gyms, dont’ worry, by using the wiifit you will be able to build up your fitness level, at your own pace and in the privacy of your own home. With wii fit, you will be able to install a channel in the wii menu which will enable you to perform a body test and view your own graph without having to insert the wii fit into the console, this means you wont have to bother changing discs. Wii fit is going to be a huge success because it makes training and getting fit fun, so much so that you may not realise you are actually training at all.
