You have a lot of options when it comes to serving these fat burning foods. Make an attractive plate setting or just one or two at a time.

These types of food are better at the start of a meal as they are more filling and with less fat and calories than most main item offerings.

Fruits and vegetables make up the primary source of these low fat foods. They are able to supply a lot of the vitamins. minerals and bulk which you body systems require.

Who does not like the lowly carrot? Precut and ready to eat baby carrots are available in a variety of different sized packages, in most grocery stores. They taste really good, are good for you and according to an old legend may even help you see better at night.

The fruit family of produce consists of the common apples and oranges, and the many different types of berries, melons and grapes. Once again all of these are very healthy choices and will supply your system with many valuable nutritional components.

If you are looking for low fat and high protein, think fish and fowl. Grilled skinless chicken breasts and salmon fillets are just about the best sources there are and both taste great when grilled or baked.
